Trying putting your hand on the electronic throttle motor, try to feel if the thumping is coming from that. I've seen that issue a few times now.

If you go to the dealer, they can assist you with that. They don't make that system public. It's the same system that they use to locate cars at other dealerships.

Sounds like sales is playing games with you. I ordered my car at the end of February and all my incentives are locked in. When my car arrives in May, I will get whichever incentives are greater.
