This is my set up, I prefer the chassis tie down 10 to 1 over the thru the wheel. As you can see I have hauled it open and enclosed over 300 miles one way and checked the straps multiple times..... not 1 adjustment! When I was routing thru the wheels I was always concerned about scratching them...
