Use double sided 3m tape and adhesive promoter. It uses all the holes that Ford has in the trunk.

Looks great. I really wanted to get the GT350R spoiler from HCM Carbon/Sigala designs but I have a spoiler already so I'd have to figure a way to fill/cover the holes on the center of the trunk lid. Saw a Mach1 video on youtube and they showed the spoiler from a few angles with the gurney flap...

Forgot to mention: the nuts are embedded in the spoiler not the bolts. And the screws are philips head screws not hex head so you need to use a screwdriver instead of a socket when installing this spoiler. Install is probably going to be more of a PITA than anticipated.
