We can certainly sell the hoses separately if you would like. We do not stock a HKS adapter but I believe you can pick up a 1.5" clamp on adapter very easily.

To be totally honest we have not had the opportunity to try our unit out on a 2018 model just yet. If someone is interested in doing so please contact us and we'll do our best to make it worth their while!

Good question! Any members on here know the differences? Send some pics of under the hood, particularly down around the boost hoses. We have shipped these all over the world though so fitment should be the same.
