I saw the edelbrock manifold clears the hood which is nice. Little pricy though. The Holley looks badass and I could powercoat it to match the wheels. Just want to make sure I’m buying something that isn’t ugly but, looks great and shows great gain as well. I don’t really want to cut the stock hood
I just purchased a D1x for my 2017 gt. Car has a full exhaust. It’ll be getting opg and cs. I am very curious on what intake manifold to run. The 18 manifold does work but it doesn’t really look the greatest. Curious to see what you all went with the looks good and has great power gains!
Dang all this talk of turbos. Has me thinking do I really want the d1x pc? I do like the fact its an easy install with the procharger. Car is mainly a street car does not see the track that often at all. Mostly some highway fun.
My thing is I really like both kits. The procharger sounds amazing and makes great power and it seems like that Whipple Gen 3 is a monster. Do I just get the Whipple Gen 3 or do I save some money grab the D1x and use it for other mods. My car is a 2017 with a full exhaust, manual trans 3.73...
What made you switch? What head unit procharger did you have? I am looking into a D1x procharger or a Whipple Gen 3 for mine. I have a 2017 with a full exhaust, manual w/ 3.73 gears (would swap to 3.31 if I got the whipple). I can’t make up my mind.
I know I’m terrible. Can’t make up my mind between he D1x or a whipple. Considering just doing the D1x then using some savings there for other mods but idk yet
Anyone have dyno results on the d1x? how is the drivability, etc. Looking to see how everyone is liking this set up? Stuck between this and a whipple gen 3 to get on the car soon.

Looking to get close if not more then 800 wheel. Procharger sounds so badass and I know it’ll perform. I’ve driven an auto procharged car which I know isn’t going to feel like my manual. It was quick. I’ve never driven a whipple car before.

Yea they’re actually a lot closer then I thought they’d be. Whipple is a little bit more. I’ve seen over 8k for a whipple but I’ve been quoted 6900 for he Gen 3 tuner kit with the 132 mm throttle body and over sized HE. Procharger D1x I’ve been quoted 6200
Hmm. I’m gonna stay on 93 probably this year. Maybe go e85 if I can get a fuel system for a good deal. I already have the I.D. 1050x’s sitting here at the house
Yea that’s kinda what I was thinking. I want close to 800 or over. Got some suspension mods at the house that’ll be put on all at once with whatever supercharger I get. The D1x or whipple. Just can’t make up my mind!!!
