I had this too - i put a bit of WD-40 on every mounting point for the back seats (i.e. all 4 corners of each back seat) and it resolved my squeak. I have had to re-apply once. both times it was an instant fix. Hopefully this helps you too

another vote for MBRP. Cost is right, and i love the deep rumble. A touch raspy at higher RPM's but i think it sounds good through the whole rev range. I have a 3.15 auto so can get a little drone-y on the highway, but doesn't bother me.
