Did this exact swap. The magna flow is about 5 inches shorter. I just cut two lengths of 2.5 inch stainless pipe and band clamped it to make up the difference. That way I can swap them if I want to hear the thunder. I have an 18 with longtubes.

I would question all aspects of the intake install. If everything was proper then maybe tune. I certainly would want a third knowelageable party to check out the tune file. That sucks man. Best of luck to you.
