This was about the same time it took for mine. They had it for a week or 2, then got the approval and engine shipped. Then they said it was another 3 weeks. Had a loaner Edge the whole time.
The last update was back in August. I don't think the original person that made that (and owns the file) has been updating it. They saw the 60+ reports of engines, including mine (out of the probably 20k+ cars sold) and lost interest. Anyone that is wanting to take up the mantle can copy this...
My father in law picked up #578 (WWA) just recently.
It only had 2000 miles and it was sitting in a Carmax lot in Mobile, Al.
The only thing we know is the original owner was from the panhandle part of FL.
Anyone have any info on who had it originally? It was missing some things like the...
I'm in Lynnwood. I've dealt with Bill Pierre and Harris. They share inventory sometimes. Neither were willing to budge on the ADM for the GT350. I ended up buying mine in South Dakota and driving it back.
I could swing by on the way home from work. It's only a few miles out of the way. Do...
Any R that's listed at MSRP are usually Auto generated when the car is ordered or allocated. The window sticker will never have and ADM.
Sometimes the dealer corrects the listing to include the final price, other times they just use it to get people to call on it.
When I was scraping...
Could be. My DB of 2017's starts at 0013, so I wasn't able to get any data from Ford's site for anything before it. (I wrote a script that would generate possible non-R GT350 vins then check Ford's site for data on it).
It also could be that even though the R's have the start of 1FAT...
The last 4 of my chassis is like 39xx, but the last 4 of my vin is 44xx.
I would assume that the chassis number is sequential, from 0001, but not sure what would cause the vin to be off slightly from the chassis
I've noticed that if the car is in sport mode, the throttle response is much snappier. In normal mode, it's trying to read if I want to fast or not, so sometimes if I got on it, it would go like normal, other times it took a second then the computer finally decided to open up the flood gates...
Had to have been a glitch. That was by far the lowest price it's ever been on Amazon https://camelcamelcamel.com/5w50-Motorcraft-XO-5w50-QGT-Synthetic-Motor/product/B00MWCROVW
You don't have to wait. They are all sold out for this year.
Just have to get on the list for next year.

350 still gets plenty of looks, can be had for $25-$30k cheaper, throw some light wheels and cup2's on it. Most people wont be able to tell the difference between the R and non-R with good wheels and tires.
Sure it's not as collectible and the values will hold a BIT better, but not for the...

This is the same dealer that had a 2016 Magnetic with blue strips and no electronics pack. only 1 of 2 built that way. They wanted $350k for it.
Just 30 miles south you have this one...
It was inspired by someone else that did raptors. (http://www.raptorfinder.com/) That guy tried to monetize it by making pay for a pseudo licence to get the listings. I mean developers have to eat and this can take many many hours to develop, but I still think it's not the best way to do it...
