If you are just going to lock out the imrcs then you will need a way to do that. I left all the actuators on mine because the default to open and I'm still trying to get them to work. My main tune has them turned off but my tuner is trying to work the bugs out to make them work. Just takes...
Sorry guys I see it's already made it over here from Facebook got busy after I posted it there and didn't get posted here. I made it back on the dyno today finally after the manifold swap and all the tune changes where complete. The first run is stock mani with stock exhaust manifolds with cats...

I'm pretty sure the pins were differnt sizes. Didn't pay that much attention to it. I repair electrical wiring all the time in some of the nastiest conditions you can think of so cutting the factory harness didn't bother me. I just knew the heat shrink needed to seal good to prevent corrosion...
The pigtails I ordered where motorcraft repair kits. They came with non insulated splices that you crimp and fill with solder and then heat shrink to cover it. It turned out very nice and is exactly what ford would use in the case that you have a harness failure.

Looking at getting new tires before long. I am new to car tires as I have mostly had lifted trucks. I live in East Texas and very seldom see snow or Temps below freezing. What is the difference between the summer tire and all season. Looking for suggestions on tires for my 2017 GT A6 daily...
