I tried that route with my truck, but in my previous experience I got a better deal going to a high volume dealer. Straight in the door the salesman beat the costco "deals" I was getting through the other dealers.
Worked out great on my wife's honda though.
Installed the Corsa XX last night on mine. After the install I'm kind of wishing I just went with the borla atak instead of going through the hassle of cutting and clamping. Was a PITA to install but sounds good.
Already doing the resonator delete, I see? Mine was a yolo purchase too. I had been wanting a mustang, but the boss(wife) told me I was to get a "high end mustang" this time. I didn't disappoint, lol.
Damn, these going for MSRP has me wishing I would have tried to negotiate on an R locally vs. just getting the regular gt350. No way was I going to pay added markup on it.
Make sure they actually have the car you want.
I would tell the salesman to provide banana for scale. Would suck to get there and the salesman be like, "Oh, well we don't have that exact one... But we do have this other <insert car here>".
Sales people would never do anything like that...
Everything I read about the double helix pipe makes me want one. I actually like the popping and raspyness. I've been going back and forth between Borla atak catback, Corsa catback, and Corsa double X for about a month.
Have had 7 mustangs. The GT350 is like none other. Stupid fast and feels like it's on rails. The car overall is "barebones" compared to a Mustang GT due to the options you can get, but everything is seemingly functional The 350 is the first mustang I've gotten from the factory that I've been...
I pulled the trigger on one Thursday. However it’s been raining and I haven’t been able to get good pictures. Picked up lightning blue with over the top stripes. They only knocked off 2k off sticker but were willing to deal substantially on the trade so it worked out in the end.
The only color that is at the bottom of the list is Magnetic. However, if the deal is right I'd take magnetic. My last 3 mustangs were silver > gray > gray... So I'm a little over metallic colors.

Dealer description claims 3:55 Torsen limited slip, but the window sticker states otherwise? Dealer description wrong or are all mustang rear axles torsen?
