Not trying to hijack this, but for those of you looking for a custom diecast of YOUR specific car, send this guy a message. He did my GT-500 and it came out incredible.

If you have to get rid of the GT500 for an F-150, how about getting a Shelby F-150; Super Snake if you like your trucks low, or the Off-Road if you want one lifted? With 775 horsepower, it's a compromise.
YES, you can remove the stripes. I'm in the process of changing an orange/black stripe CFTP to a base no stripe car. Goof Off and Q-tips will remove the stripes. Don't use Goo Gone, however.
The donor car will soon be a grabber CFTP. The wheels are easily removed, but the rear wings are...
Congrats on buying it! I TOTALLY miss mine, even though I traded into a GT500 about a year and a half ago. Before I sold mine...I wish I knew who bought it from San Antonio.
Thank you, Mark! I took my Mach-E to a national MCA show this past weekend and while many diehard Mustang fans voiced how they dislike the EV having the Mustang's name, most everyone like it for what it is. I parked it near my Shelby and the Mach-E got just as much attention; if not more! :)
Thank you for the great write-up, OP. I recently received my Mach-E GT and I look forward to tracking it along with my GT-500 as well. I'll be interested to read more of your adventures, please keep them coming!
Question about replacing the sub and amp: if I ONLY want to replace the sub and have a mono amp put in, do I need to get a DSP? From reading the above information, it doesn't look as if I would have to. I thought I've read that other owner have upgraded the sub and amp without doing anything...
Congratulations on the new Shelby!! I hope you can meet up with us as well. The best way to keep in touch with us is on Facebook, but we're also all members of the Oklahoma Mustang Club.
Weeelllllll, now that you mentioned it---LOL. My brother owns the yellow GT350. There's a reason why it's not in the pictures. He went over a curb that he couldn't see. Front and rear bumpers, some miscellaneous parts; $12k insurance bill.
There are 3 500's here from Oklahoma City, 2 of them with some extensive modifications. I know of 5 others in the area; a white base that was purchased by one of the local performance shops, a magnetic base, orange base with black stripes, red base with black stripes and another orange base...
I updated the software and my camera still looks a little, "dark" to me...as if it's trying to adjust for direct sunlight. I don't get the pixelating anymore though, so it might just be me. I'm monitoring.
After seeing that people are getting oil for less than $100 and filters for $20, I just wanted to point out that those that can do their own oil change can save a few bucks. I know I'm not the only one that has my car paid off, but I'm sure not everyone does---and a few bucks could mean the...
If you can do it, DEFINITELY change your own oil. "The Works" at my dealer cost me just under $180 total. They charged me $100 for the oil, $30 for the filter, $30 for the labor/tire rotation and tax.
:(
Yes, as of now I still have cats. I'll be switching soon. I wanted to take some steps and see what changes as I go. Next will be an cat delete pipe, then 1300s and E85.
I just had the Level 3 installed, (minus the spark plugs and race pipes, but with a Kong ported blower, 2.65 pulley, VMP 105 mm TB, 1320 Junkie CAI) and ended up with 781 rwhp and 561 rwtq. That was also with a Lund tune and 91 octane pump gas.
