The on3 single was loosely based off my kit, after talking with chad a few times.
on3 kits are less refined than the more expensive brands, but I think the trade off is worth it.
my car was a s197 single turbo kit I heavily modified to get to fit the s550.
the car still has on3 manifolds...
Having a turbo v8 car I’ve looked into getting a shorter radiator to free up some space.
currently running the mishimoto. But I’ve considered running the chase bays 240sx tucked radiator due to it having the same inlet and outlet locations.
it’s measurements are very similar to an ecoboost...
If I ever get this car finished and to where I could track it.
I will probably need to look into some ducting myself.
ordered the cervinis gt500 hood so I hope it performs similar to the gt4 vent kit.
While this theory is sometimes applied to heat exchange talk with vehicles. With most components on a car it is very hard to move the water "too" fast or even closer to laminar.
More power on slightly less fuel.
everyone will have their preference and nobody is wrong. Blowers are packaged well and make enough power to blow stock engines up.
but I went to turbo after pd blower, a lot of guys will throw out that the blowers are easier to install and they’re not wrong...
So I actually looked into this earlier this year.
I’m positive the correct head gasket will allow them to work.
the cam position sensors are relocated also.
Base circle is changed with the 2018 also. And as you have stated the knock sensors are in a different spot with the direct injection...

A lot of good information. I’m still a rookie but just picked up a new 135mm f.2 lens. It’s a portrait lens but still not good enough to suck it up for a 70/200 since I’m using Sony mirrorless.
