All of our intercoolers feature a bar/plate construction with a custom specified fin design. We worked with a heat exchanger company to find the best balance of cooling and flow.

Yes, you do need to remove the grille shutters. The cooler is of the thinner and taller variety vs the short and fat ones. We preferred this design to allow for maximum airflow over the cooling core surface. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I'd say they are quieter than some of the traditional "Muscle Car" systems on the market. Refined a great word to describe it. I once had a customer tell me the exhaust sounded like cars do in the movies.

In testing we noticed very little to no drone while cruising. Factory manifolds and cats there was none (especially with the middle muffler installed). Long tubes makes it louder but still very minimal. Our products are made with the quality of the big boys but cost less due to our direct...

Thank you for the feedback! At this time the only options we have are the X pipe and the optional middle muffler, however the muffler's internal baffling is an H design.
