  1. Whipple GT no more M5

Wizard, not lizard. My fire looks like this. I'm in the US, same as many of the posters here. And it's not legal to have TOO MANY Alcol or beer before going driving fast, so I don't do that...
  2. Whipple GT no more M5

That type of Alcol we call BEER. And yes, a cold beer is always good to have before taking your Mustang 🐎 for a drive...
  3. Official: 2018 Ford Mustang Refresh Detailed! (Options/Features, Specs, Photos, Info)

Perhaps, with the right mods. Stock Tesla 100D is said to do the 1/4 in 10.6 so need to aim at that, but modified GT's in the track thread do sub 9 seconds with A6, so a faster shifting A10 might knock 0.1(?) off...

Which is faster 0-60 and quarter mile in the current GT, the M6 or the A6? For the same engine mods I'm asking...

Ford definitely needs to put a new Mustang factory down in Oz to supply AU and NZ with proper right-hand drive vehicles, no question...
  8. Raj Nair discusses Hybrid Mustang at 2017 NAIAS

A Tesla-killer, correct. I would think a huge heavy battery pack won't be needed, just one that can send max current to the front wheel motors for a few seconds. It will be an interesting software tuning job to optimize takeoff performance of this hybrid!
  9. Raj Nair discusses Hybrid Mustang at 2017 NAIAS

Main reason for the hybrid AWD Mustang is to be competitive with Tesla in getting up to speed, not fuel economy. We need to stay focused on this goal. :)
  10. Mustang7g?

F150forum.com handles this situation quite differently...
  11. Mustang7g?

Well, it looks like 2020 will be next gen for North America, so we have time to buy the website name...
  12. Mustang7g?

What happens when the next generation Mustang comes out? Does everything here switch over to mustang7g.com?
  13. Raj Nair discusses Hybrid Mustang at 2017 NAIAS

As another poster mentioned, Tesla should be the target. 0-60 in 2.4 seconds. We need AWD to do this, not more wheel spinning RWD torque. Since Raj drives his in the winter, as I do, he is abundantly aware that we need AWD to get off the line fast under slippery conditions. I kin flip my F-150...
