On page 3 of this thread is my Silver GT's install. You can see close ups of both mufflers (including under the brace). Take your iPad / tablet or computer and show them.

That's about right on time but more like 2 hours based on my experience. They may be saying that to cushion the time in case harder than expected. Brace is no issue.

Absolutely. It only has the volume when on acceleration. That's the beauty of the GT500 muffs. They are chambered and tuned to the motor. NO drone in the car when cruising at low rpm so you hear the rumble but not loud unless on the throttle moderate/hard.

Stock Hpipe GT500 muffs would be a 2 to the stock muffs being 1. With hi flow aftermarket Hpipe would be 3.5. Add the aftermarket X-pipe but change the tone to hair higher and a 4.

It is so tough to judge the videos because of mic recording and playback audio when playing the video. I love mine and it's not tinny at all. Deep bass tone and significantly louder. I did hear another 15' mustang GT with stock Hpipe and the outlaws and it sounded awesome. Super deep and louder...

If you search "GT500" on this forum you will find several that have used just the GT500 muffs with stock H pipe. It is louder but not much. Definitely more volume and you can always cut the stock H-pipe later. It's a great upgrade.
