I get a very small amount of rubbing on the fender liner closest to the door on full lock out; the plastic fastener head specifically. A 35 series may be pushing it on a 20" wheel for the front.

Same problem here. 1/2" backed out with slight brake fluid residue leaking. I went with the double zip tie method. The second tie did correct the angle and take some tension off.
