Does either side have to come out to remove the trans? Is it possible to drop it straight out or does it need to be tilted/rotated to allow the starter recess in the bell housing to clear the passenger side tubes? It looks very close from underneath the car.

Not sure if the kit has changed since I got mine but mine does not have a Hobbs switch.

Thanks everyone for the info. It was very helpful. Got it done by dropping the cradle one side at a time to get the springs out. I then removed the bolt from the wheel well as suggested.

Working on installing BMR BK055 bearings. Is there a trick to removing the front inner bolt (24mm) loose? My impact wrench won’t even budge it.

Went from 8 to 10. It’s tight on the inside, probably less than 1/2”. I wouldn’t try a wider tire w/o a spacer.

I’ve read good things about Weldcraft. Just got a call from them this morning telling me my wheels were done. Took less than half th time they told me it would.

I cut the yellow/gray wire and crimped the blue wires to the yellow/gray wire coming out of the fpdm plug.
