Agree, the fins are easily damaged in transit so wouldn't stress about that, its more the inlet/outlet pipe being damaged that would worry me as it could cause a poor seal if not fixed correctly. Send it straight back, its not good enough, again the brackets are easily fixed but doesnt look...
