Received mine while I was out of town. Haven't installed it yet. Ball has minimal 1/16 inch play uninstalled. Ball VERY weighty ( like suitable for clubbing seals heavy) Don't know yet if spring is up to the task of the weight ( might install heavier spring) All in all, a well made piece of kit
