I use to have that setup except with Steeda proaction fixed dampers and a couple other minor mods. I would get some monotube shocks and struts (FP Track or Bilstein). The ride quality and handling will improve.
I didn't take measurements. I do think the front drop is more than 0.5 inches though. I had BMR SP080 springs before which have a 0.5 and 1.2 inch rear and front drop. The rear looks about the same but I was expecting the front to rise more. I still like the stance.
I have them paired with...
I was going to use the Ford Performance bump stops but I couldn't get them to go on. I got the BMW M3 bumpstops Roadway used for his and they easily went on.
Has anyone had the Ford Performance Knuckle to Toe bearing installed in central Florida? I've called some of the well known shops in Tampa and Orlando but they're charging around $400.
Did you widen up the OEM bumpstops to resuse them on the shocks or just force them down? The Bilstein shaft is wider than the steeda shocks I have right now.
Selling brand new Ford Performance Mustang Shock and Struts. Part number is M-18000-F. Price is $520 local pickup in central Florida. These have never been mounted. All hardware that comes with the kit is included.
I'm selling because I'm going a different route regarding my suspension.

I have the bmr low profile jacking rails and they don't cover the whole length of the pinch weld. You should still be able to use the scissor jack near the tires.
I just use the jacking rails to lift the car and place the jack stands on the pinch weld.
I have the Steeda Non-Adjustables. They worked good until I put sway front and rear sway bars. The front still rides really well but the rear became sensitive to bad roads/bumps. I bought a set of Ford Performance track dampers for when I switch my setup again.
I didn't like the ride quality when I had the SP080 on stock non ppdampers. I didn't want to upgrade and spend on install cost again but one time I took a 6 hour trip on the interstate and I hated how harsh the car felt. It's when I decided to upgrade.
