  1. The UK S550 "spotted" thread

Yellow Coupe heading north on the A34 at Winchester yesterday (Saturday) at noonish. I was heading south in my White/Blue GT350R
  2. What did you do to your UK S550 Mustang Today

    Yes, me again!
  3. What did you do to your UK S550 Mustang Today

Spent a couple of days in Wales, there are some glorious roads there!
  4. The UK S550 "spotted" thread

That was me on the way to a couple of days driving in Wales with a load of classic Porches. Did the Evo Triangle on Saturday morning but the police are ever present, better on a weekday I'm told.
  5. Wanting a Digital Speedo? Engineering Test Mode is the key!

My GT350R has both digital speedo and kph mode. I'm surprised the base Mustang doesn't have the same functions.
  6. What did you do to your UK S550 Mustang Today

I was invited to park the Shelby on the Long Walk at the Windsor Concours
  7. GT350R in UK

Thanks for the correction. The front wings and bonnet are a different profile to the standard S550
  8. So who has a stock, off the shelf one?

Mine is stock, and staying that way. Off the shelf? Now that's a different question.... :)
  9. Ford sitting on 20,000 Euro Mustang orders?

    On PH yesterday
  10. GT350R in UK

Having driven too many over-stiff 911 hotrods this is firmer, but with edges smoothed off, it would be acceptable as an everyday driver without the splitter!
  11. GT350R in UK

The light blue plate in earlier pictures is a Montana plate, it's properly titled and not on dealer plates. The white/red plate is a UK trade plate, as I can't drive a US titled car on my trade policy for some reason. The trade plate trumps all others and is 100% legal for business use only. I...
  12. GT350R in UK

I have not driven a standard S550 so I can't make any comparisons, I have only driven around 50 miles on my local rads which are very bumpy, and a few miles on the A22 in the wet. It's certainly not floaty, and I had all the settings on softest. The testers in the states reckon it's the carbon...
  13. GT350R in UK

Just realised I never put all the pictures up
  14. Last of this colour?

  15. Last of this colour?

    How did you deduce that?
  16. Quality black wheel nuts

Oddly enough this advert appeared below your post http://www.cjponyparts.com/gorilla-locking-lug-nut-with-key-factory-bulge-black-chrome-set-of-20-2015-2017/p/WHLL2/?gclid=CM-YqqjT2s4CFQu3Gwod_sUCLw
  17. GT350R in UK

What a shame, sadly I am already booked for the Windsor concours that day, but it would have been a great opportunity to meet you guys and maybe sort out some IVA issues.
  18. GT350R in UK

The IVA is not something I am worrying about at the moment, I have the car here on a 6 month temporary import and willbe running it on its Montana plates during that time. I could be lazy and ask Bill Shepherd to sort it for me, or just cheeky and ask them what they needed to do to their GT350...
  19. Google, Waze through the car speakers.

My car has Sync 3 so not exactly the same, I think your Waze instructions should come over the bluetooth connection.
  20. GT350R in UK

Although numerically correct, it's not how duty and VAT is calculated. (Invoice price + shipping + insurance) x 1.10 x 1.2 is the UK HMRC calculation for tariff code 87032490. The conversion from $ to ÂŁ is done on the day of conversion, not the day of invoice.
