  1. 2017 Owner's Supplement

Still haven't gotten one for my '16 purchased in July. Chevy never sent me the owner's package for my 2014 Vette (it wasn't nearly as cool as the GT350 one so I didn't care much), and now it's starting to feel like Ford is going to do the same thing.
  2. My GT350 Owners Supplement arrived!

Hoping mine shows up soon. Bought my '16 on July 30th. Definitely want that model crankshaft for my office at work.
  3. Debating on a Second Toy

Had a '13 GT500. Too much overlap between the cars where I couldn't see the point in owning both, unless I was a collector with nearly infinite money and space. The GT350 is superior in pretty much every metric except raw straight line power, and even then it's not like it's a slouch. Not to...
  4. Max 360

A MirrorTap is the easiest way in my opinion. You seriously just have two probes that you stick in the back of the already exposed wiring on the back of the mirror. It's a switched power source, so no worries about leaving the detector running when you turn the car off. I've ran MirrorTaps on...
  5. Max 360

I run a Max 360 in mine. Mounted to the mirror with a BlendMount and drawing power from the mirror with a MirrorTap. Works quite well. I used V1s for years and while they worked well, I wanted the more advanced GPS false positive lockouts and such that were built in to the Escort detectors...
  6. Strange Speedometer on GT350

Yup, it's an Canadian car. I found the window sticker and it's a Canadian window sticker. It's like they replaced the KPH numbers with MPH, but left the hash marks denoting a gap of 30 instead of 20. I wonder if that was something done by the buyer after delivery. Here's a normal...
  7. Official GT350/R Mustang Owners Registry

5522 units was the number I saw. And I am under the impression that at least some numbers were skipped for whatever reason in the chassis codes (which they'd have to be to explain 5522 total cars with my code being 5542). It's definitely up there though, and maybe the last competition orange one.
  8. Owners who have done the Steeda clutch spring swap, did yours look like this?

Thanks for all the input. I may get a buddy to help out on it I think. I have fairly short arms and it's pretty hard for me to stretch to get up in there and hold the clutch in with one hand while trying to get it loose with the other. Definitely afraid I might break it that way. I'm also...

  10. Owners who have done the Steeda clutch spring swap, did yours look like this?

So you just pulled it out to the right with your hand, while depressing the clutch? I honestly didn't think to even try that, since I was so focused on how it was done with the other design I'm used to. When I feel up to contorting my upper body again to get back down there, I'll try that I guess.
  11. Owners who have done the Steeda clutch spring swap, did yours look like this?

Not sure if this is the right forum or not to use, but I've seen other posts about the springs on this one, so I'll post it here. Steeda clutch spring came in earlier this week, and was going to install it this morning. I had done the clutch spring removal on my 2013 GT500 a few years ago...
