The Aluminator XS motors have a beefed up balancer and OPG gear vs stock. That leads me to believe they are a known weakness with the FR engineers. That's on a NA motor ,I'd think they are looking at high revs being the concern and not so much the added boost.

You could try some belt conditioner until there's a permanent fix. I've seen it work on HVAC and exhaust fan belts. Stops belt squeal.

If I touched that up it would be bug me every time I got in the car. Car is too new,get it repaired at a shop.

Are you referring to shifter problems or the transmission itself? I know even on my Tremec I've had to upgrade the shifter due to excessive slop rowing through the gears with the factory setup.

Hey Folks, I live in Nashville and currently own a 08 GT500. I love my 08 and its raw power(just a few mods :D) . I also really like the S550 which brings me here. I actually have restrained from driving this gen because of what I might be missing. Lots of great rides and very informative site.
