I was thinking something simular, and have seen simular gains with headers and or intakes. Weight reduction my be the best avenue for gains. What's your race weight and 60ft times? You have a 5c of bigger converter?
I switched back to race gas in my 92 Eagle Talon TSI for the same reason. It still runs race gas and no ethonalfrom pump gas eirher. On my Mustang with it being setup for e10. E85 works on the stock fuel system.
Easy, 75 shot, tune, boost a pump, and slicks. Tune it on pump........ that was easy and under 2k. If you can drive, you might can lauch on tire without breaking. If you can't, it may get more expensive quickly.
