ChristianDev window sticker will indicate if it has an optional ratio. standard for your car was 331. optional was 355. You can usually google to decode the axle code on the drivers door jam to determine the ratio

I have virtually the identical noise in my 16 GT PP. I only hear it on the first start of the day. I usually start the car, let it " warm up " for 3 to 5 minutes before driving. Somewhere in the 3 to 5 minutes of idle time the noise starts. After a short drive of a mile or so the noise is gone...

I checked out calico and ariborn's site today. Airborn's price sheet says $255 so I'm much more tempted vs $350 up.

Anyone have any data or even opinions to support or deny ceramic coatings are worth anything beyond looks on a stainless header, S550 GT?
In the foxbody cars I recall a significant temp reduction which is what I am after on my S550. I understand tuning can play a difference in heat generation...
Another solution to the aftermarket band clamps, if they leak, would be to remove them, wrap the exhaust pipe where the cut is with several layers of aluminum foil (the stuff you have in the kitchen works) and reinstall the clamps.
