I removed mine today. I noticed a little difference in sound but my IAT’s seem to drop faster now when pulling away from a red light or after leaving a drive thru. The only downside is the mile of ugly wires that are visible under the hood. (I have a 16 with the turn signals in the vents).
My ARH with H pipe catback is very deep with hardly any rasp and fit perfectly. It's not quite loud enough for me and I don't understand why because the mufflers are tiny with a straight through design. After the warranty is over I'll get cat deletes.
It's crazy expensive to swap from 3.15's to 3.55's. I've considered it but I don't think my car is held back by 3.15's, I have traction issues as it is.
Ford has programmed these cars to hunt the highest possible gear for fuel economy and on a high reving engine like the Coyote, it feels...
I have the Black Accent Package on my 2016 and it's def not worth it. I'm going to buy new wheels anyway and like the others have said the badges are cheap and easy to replace.
I live not to far from you in Tennessee and my car does not like Shell fuel! I can hear some audible knock on occasion on an initial WOT hit. I'm going to try Sunoco and see if that helps. My car is on the stock tune with an Injen intake.
I've read several posts here that suggest saving the money on a gear swap and installing a 4C converter instead. This makes sense for drag racing but I'm not sure how easy it is to live with a converter in a daily driver. Maybe get a 3C? I have a lot of research to do lol
Has anyone tried the PP3 on an automatic car with 3.15 gears? I'm thinking the added torque of the PP2 might be better in my case. It takes forever to get my car to 6800rpm's unless I'm in 1st gear. lol
I have the ARH catback on stock headers and it's a nice system. Very well made, excellent fit and finish and a very deep tone with no drone. I was a little disappointed when I installed it because it isn't as loud as I expected. I think cat deletes or longtubes would be fantastic with this...
