I have a template of what to cut out with a dremel, which you can use on both dashes. The existing oil pressure sender needs to be changed out to the 3 wire one, unless you can mount it elsewhere. I mounted mine to the oil cooler modification blanking plate. Either way, you will need to add and...

When replacing the grille, I found that feeler gauges were a great help to remove the existing one. Just place a feeler gauge between each clip and voila.
Not just in the wet! Always a Moron around somewhere. Thank you so much for your posts, they really show what can happen out there. Merry Christmas to All and take care out there!
The black part is used to completely remove existing oil cooler. With the Mishimoto kit it still has oil flowing through the existing oil cooler, but cooling is done by flow through the gold piece to the radiator. Eliminating coolant, but still potential for an oil leak at the existing oil cooler.
I would say that it is a good investment for the future, if a failure happens outside warranty period.
Personally, I would rather the peace of mind. An air cooled system is an advantage over a coolant system. No chance of oil mixing with coolant, even ten years down the track.
You could just top up with water as it is only 300 ml needed. Coolant is mixed with water anyway. Coolant should be replaced every 4 - 8 years depending on type.
I'm pretty sure you can use Dex-cool, which should be available from Repco.
Do not mix different colour coolants as you may have cooling system problems.
