Definitely can feel it. After more driving I'd say it's closer to 10% throttle in appropriate gears for any given speed though. I wouldn't want to teach anyone to drive a manual with the tune but if you know how to drive the throttle response is not an issue at all for smooth acceleration.

I did that to mine and it was an 80% solution. My driver side is still canted a bit, but since it's not touching the rear bumper (maybe 1/16" clearance) I haven't been to an exhaunt shop yet for them to bend the hangars. I probably will next time I need something done..
