You could use spotify if you want, it's cheaper and if you have android auto/carplay it is incredibly integrated, you can have it play specific songs, artists, and ect, all through the sync button on the steering wheel.

So if I have a 16 premium and want android auto, I just have to download, not have to make any modifications?

All the performance pack cars have a metal one, the non performance pack have some sort of plastic one, that I believe doesn't go all the way around.
