My friends would give me hell if I picked this up... but I'm interested and think it would actually help me as I'm pretty new to the race track. However, for that particular price tag, I wouldn't even consider it. Not knocking your product nor its price, just giving feedback. If it were a...
1) I bought a separate set of wheels/tires for the track. So I have some Project6GR's wrapped with RS3-V2's that I run 3* camber with for track days. Then after the track day, I put my stockers back on and set camber back to 1-1.5*.
2) I saw no rubbing on neither the 20mm or 25mm spacer. You...
On the thread I referenced, I took pictures of both 20mm and 25mm spacers. After swapping, I drop up and down the street trying to settle the suspension after having the car jacked up. Pictures were hard as it was difficult to get just the right angle. Seeing in person is much better. With 3*...
I don't daily my 305's. but I run them squared on 19x11's et 50. No spacer in rear, 20mm spacer up front with -3* camber. Lowered on BMR Handling springs with Konis.
Dang. I've considered removing/selling my steeda rails because I bottom out on them in my driveway. I like the low profile... whats the trade-in value of my scratched up Steeda rails for your low-pro's ;-)
I did the BG Trans fluid about 8 months ago and made absolutely no improvement. However, a few weeks ago I put an MGW shifter in the car and no more nibbles or grinds on shifts.
No worries. We knew not a lot of people were running squared 19x11's so we just wanted to document clearances to strut and clearances to fender with different size spacers and different camber adjustments. I was already running 1" spacers on the stock wheels so I'm stuck with them. The 20mm...
I'm new to the autocross game.... I grew up drag racing and always had drag radials or slicks so I'm use to hooking. Then I got this car and tried autocrossing on the stock P Zeros and I was a nervous wreck. 1) Not used to aggressive lateral G's 2) Not used to not having traction.
Due to my...
....but to answer your question directly, you have plenty of clearance to the strut with a 1"/25mm spacer and can manage how much poke you have with camber assuming you have camber plates. I only run these wheels on the track so I max out the plates at almost -3* camber and the tire almost sits...
In the other thread, you will see that even with a 20mm spacer up front, I only have 4.5mm clearance to the strut. If I remove the spacer, I'll only have -15.5mm clearance and I didn't want to risk running that aggressive.
