The OP should've named this thread "Hard time finding oil in Germany for US military personnel at US prices" because, as I mentioned yesterday, a quick Google search for "motorcraft 5w-50 site:.de" will show you that the oil is available from ATO24. So, how hard did you look for the MC 5w-50?

I easily found places that sell MC 5w-50 in Germany and in Poland. The cheapest seems to be available for sale by ATO24 through their website (€13.49/l); they are also selling through ebay and Amazon.

Yeah, I'm surprised that they kept the US lights because symmetric ones are not legal here. They added the washers which is probably something that I will not do to my car.

I'm not surprised that the German dealer performed all of the mods required by EU regulations before selling the car. I suspect that some modifications were made to your front headlights as well. The US-spec car has symmetrical lights (illegal in EU) and it does not have headlight washers...
