The web site shows 1000-1100 , for the rear kit, I assume they're the same in the full kit. IF they will offer this with lighter rear springs I'll order tomorrow. On that note TJ can you send me the forum discount code please.

The description does not state what type of shock, standard/adjustable and what type of springs are available. But they sure look good. TJ@STEEDA any more info on these. Thank you.

Did you replace the ridetech with the swift?

tj@steeda is there a difference between the GT and eco springs as far as rate and length of front spring , I assuming the rears are the same. Thank you Dan

I use 3 2by12 boards stacked to make a ramp I drive up on as ramps, one for each wheel , relatively cheap to make , it will by you 6 inch's or so.

What the if you disconnect all the end links , let the car settle on the ground and then adjust the link to the sway bar at each corner .

Looks like about a 1/2 inch more travel and a little geometry change.

Yes I've been using the table you made, it's quite good,but I don't know which one of Steedas rear eco springs to use ,just trying to get a spring rate to make an informed decision .

Thank You This here is some of the most important info in the forum, I have an ecoboost so these springs are a bit to stiff for me , but the height is what I will set up for no matter what springs I use.

When your friend at Ford informed you about the 10-12mm for the rear drop, was that total drop or in relation to the front drop ie the rear should be higher than the front by 10-12mm no less.
