They attach via double sided 3m tape, and the two outer ones have push pins that go where the factory nut is under your diffuser if you look back on the lip. If you use the supplied alcohol wipes adhesive promoter, they are not going anywhere. More than enough 3m tape, and it's the quality one...

Its a hyper shift in auto flex (peelable paint) a fancy plastic dip with a clear coat. Can do anything to it that you can do to paint!
