For all you mustang owners, if you don't have an oil/air separator on your late model 5.0? Get one!! I installed mine a little over a week ago and now after normal driving about 300 miles I took a look in side and found about 1/2 oz of oil already! I can only imagine the amount I will find after...
This is so true! I test drive a 2016 before buying my 2015 and honestly who has time to look at them while driving in traffic anyway! Spend the money on hood struts instead.
Good point DuckyDave, the car was only sitting at idle for about 5 min, just enough to get oil temp into the green. I did the brake pedal part right. So I'll give it another try after I've driven some and everything is up to temp. Thanks.
Mine won't work? I go through the set up prompts and then get a message "line lock not available". So I'm like WTH?? I've checked the: front wheels are straight, on level ground seatbelt ☑️, parking brake off, and in first gear. What did I miss?
After driving the car stock for a while then swapping the driveshaft I noticed the acceleration is snappier. Hey if it's all in my head who cares, I like it, lol.
One of the reasons I went with the airaid kit was because it has a closed air box and drawls air through the opening next to the left headlight. So my intake temps should be Close the ambient temp. And in Florida that HOT always!
Hey thanks for reply, I did the Airaid CAI and was super easy to install, a very well designed kit. Yeah wait till you hear the Corsa exhaust!! Also something to consider while the exhaust is coming off is the Dyntech one piece aluminum drive shaft. That was an amazing upgrade you will notice...
I have Corsa catback Sport on my 2015 GT and I'm considering a cold air intake, I have heard both yes / no regarding tuning, So, Is it required? If not what is the down side besides not getting the most gains out of the mods? I'm aware of the warranty void issue with tuning, so I'm leaning...
I did the Corsa Sport catback on my 2015 GT and really like the tone and ability to drive quietly through the neighborhood but above 2500rpm it starts coming alive and around 4k it sounds amazing.
