  1. Aftermarket seat brackets?

I maybe bias, but here is the mount that we make. Includes mount points for 5- to 6- point harness and works along with the stock seat belt (sub strap mount is sold separately). All are pull tested to DOT & SAE standards. They get the seat as low as it can possibly go with or without sliders.
  2. BKauto Mustang: Street & Track Best of Both

Now the fun part of the build begins! Now that we know how the car handles the track in the stock configuration, it is time for some improvements. Rear Tow Hook (just in case) Some Chassis Bracing thanks to Steeda Out with the old In with the new Ford Preformance Track...
  3. Anyone want to help us out?

Hey Guys & Gals, We are looking to develop some new products for the GT350R and GT350. Only problem is our company car is a GT. Is there anyone in the south east PA area that is willing to let us use their car for product development? No cutting, drilling, or modification will be done. All of...

  5. Aftermarket seats

I absolutely agree with doing it right, we have built our business off that motto. However don’t be mistaken an aftermarket bolt in roll bar is no where near doing it right no matter how many points it has. A full custom cage is doing it right. That’s why we built this car. This is the car we...
  6. Aftermarket seats

I’m very sorry to hear you had an incident on track. That’s never a fun experience, and unfortunately can happen to the best of us. I don’t want to hijack this thread with the age old aftermarket roll bar vs. no roll bar or a debate about safety. So this is all I will say, and if anyone is...
  7. Aftermarket seats

More dangerous than running a 4 or 6 point roll bar on the street? In my experience I have seen more injuries caused by aftermarket roll bars on the street and even the track than I have injuries by actual rollover over accidents. Unless you are talking about a car specific custom cage on a car...

They are the Recaro Profi XL and they are around $1000 each if I recall correctly. Theres alot of fakes out there though so be cafeful and make sure you get them from a reputable source.

  11. Watkins Glen lap times/videos anyone?

Almost forgot how bumpy it was before the new surface! I was looking at signing up for that event. Never been to a Chin event. How does the format compare to a PCA or BMW Club event?
  12. Watkins Glen lap times/videos anyone?

oooh yeah. Amazing the difference they make. Main reason I upgraded was to save $$$ on tires since I was burning through them with the stock PP wheels, but the extra grip doesn't hurt.
  13. Watkins Glen lap times/videos anyone?

Thanks! Like anything else it just takes practice! I love the glen too. Its not a particularly difficult track, it just has a great rhythm and when you get it right its magic. I just signed up for another event in August there, couldn't resist. Forgot to add the tire sizes above fronts are...
  14. Watkins Glen lap times/videos anyone?

    1) Yes, with a couple of options/components. If you want to mount the Profi SPA without sliders/direct-to-floor. The only parts you will need are the R-9184 Drivers Seat Track Adapter(R-9185 for passenger side) and the R-9755 Side Mounts(R-9756 passenger side). This will install the Profi SPA...
  15. Watkins Glen lap times/videos anyone?

I like to get my shift knob as close to the steering wheel as possible to help make faster shifts and keep my hands on the wheel as much as possible. I purchased a short throw shift that reduced the length of the throw(not just shorten the height of the shifter). While adding the extension made...
  16. BKauto Mustang: Street & Track Best of Both

NEW WHEELS Hooray!!! NEW WHEELS Hooray!!! We were burning through tires on the stock Performance Pack wheels so we decided to up the width hoping that wider tires would last a little bit longer and save some $$$. The PP wheels would get about 3 track events (with stock Pirelli & Toyo R888's)...
  17. Watkins Glen lap times/videos anyone?

Wondering if anyone here has been Watkins Glen and what kind of times you guys were looking at in a S550. I could not find anything in the "S550 Lap Times" sticky so figured I would start a thread. I was just there with BMW Club and holy crap that track is fun in these cars. Anyone have lap...
  18. BKauto Mustang: Street & Track Best of Both

Hey Everyone, This is our Mustang named Karen (Ricky Bobby reference). She is a Base GT with the Performance Pack and serves as our development car here at Brey-Krause. The car is used as our track car for DE events. It also serves as a summer commuter. The main objective that we focus on with...
  19. S550 Mustang Fire Extinguisher Mounts

We also make this part which may move it out far enough to clear it. If you are interested in giving it a shot I will send you one.
  20. S550 Mustang Fire Extinguisher Mounts

mnmike59 sorry this did not work out. We have had this issue with manual seats in other cars. We usually have to bend the adjustment bar down about 12 degrees to clear the fire bottle. Can you take a picture where it interferes? Is it close or is there no way?
