Thanks for all the replies. I think this is on the back burner for now though. Seems my car has developed the dreaded A/C evaporator problem...$1600+☹️
Of course it happens at 32k miles and 4 years into ownership.
Keith treated me right. I really like the Suntek, it looks fantastic. We actually put Expel on the whole hood and had a problem (looking story). They pulled it back off and put on Suntek...offered me a partial refund for my trouble. I tipped them instead because the ended up losing almost a...
So if you look at this thread:

I did exactly that, recently - forgot to plug that little A/C pigtail connector back in. Drove the car, wondered why air conditioner wasn't working and then remembered. On...
Clear Bra Ohio. Keith is a stand up guy. Best prices I've found, too. Not sure if it's a regional difference or just him but the work I had done in 2016 was 30% than everyone in the Columbus area.
Hey, thanks! I didn't realize it was an option from them. I got quotes of $400, locally lol insane. My guy in Fairfield quoted me $250. Much more reasonable but not even close to $125. However the Cleartastic folks have never replied to email or DM.
I have Suntek on the whole hood and bumper cover. I just liked that these were pre-cut nicely for that spot on the car and pretty affordable. I suppose I could look into the cost of having it done locally.
Has anyone tried this stuff recently? Impressions? I sent them an email and got no reply but it's an interesting product and I think I might like to give it a shot.

I have a little wiggle room if there's interest. Not a lot thought as it looks like I'll have to source new mounting studs (unless buyer doesn't care). Make me a reasonable offer.
Thanks for the response, TJ. Thing about that approach is that Ford didn't make the spacers. When one source says torque the spacer to 90 ft. lbs and another says 150 for the same part, it's confusing and not confidence inspiring. The instructions have a torque range for the different stud sizes...
Yep. I never use an impact to tighten wheel nuts or nearly anything, really. I'll use it to spin them on a bit but stop before they make contact. I always tighten with a torque wrench. Impact guns can do nasty stuff!
So I bought a set of 20mm "Steeda" wheel spacers that I am about to install. Doing a little research has led me to conclude that the Steeda spacers are the Coyote spacers rebranded (or unbranded since there are no brand markings on mine).
At any rate, I went on a quest for proper torque specs...
I may have a black one available in the near future but it has the default factory lip spoiler. Not sure if that would work for you.
Where in KY are you?
