  1. Battery charger while loading tune

    Why is this necessary? I have never had to do this on a car before. It's a hi tech tuner from Kenne Bell and I am wondering why. Can I just load it without the battery charger? It's a brand new battery and car....I searched and found nothing.

    I want the 19" PP wheels. Do I need to recal speedo? I haven't received delivery of the car so I don't know the size difference of the tires. And yes I searched before I asked.
