a few people have installed it as it, not sure how, maybe they bought a coupler or something because the intake is larger than the stock throttle body. But to get that OEM fit and to gain a little more power, I'd recommend buying the OEM GT350 87mm throttle body ($200 from Americanmuscle.com)...
So how do I buy the perf version instead of the oem connect so that I don't make this mistake in the future? I don't see the perf version listed on any website that sells the Kooks 1 7/8 headers. I have a Borla S Type 3in catback and don't want headers that taper off to 2.5in.

About the GT350 CAI. What's the MAF housing size on it? I see you are running an aftermarket filter on it too. I have a GT350 CAI sitting at home, but I don't want to install it until I get a tune for it, I hear you can't run the intake without a tune?
How many have done it, and does anyone know the size of the MAF housing for the stock GT350 intake? I just purchased one recently and heard they fit on the 5.0, but will require a tune. Im guessing because the filter and MAF housing are huge. If I get tuned for it, I'm sure the tuner is going to...
