I didn't pursue too hard with them after they said the noise was "normal". If you are referring to using the luiqi moli product they never noticed or said anything. I put it in myself after the oil changes and will continue to do so.

I definitely agree. I drives fine, but it sounds worse than my '93 Saturn SL1 did when it had 260k plus miles....
