Do you by chance have a picture with the bumper off? I'm interested to see the filter placement. Just ordered one, as the IAT's on Florida are ambient till the first traffic light, then it hovers around 110º No to mention, it does look better that the Whipple open box.

I have the open top box.

Just curious if anyone has used the CobraJet intake with their Whipple. The IAT's are really high. Looks like this pulls air from the fender well, as opposed to the engine bay. I suppose I might have to move the tank and pump, worst case...... Any thoughts? PN: M-9600-SCJ16

I'd beg to differ, but opinions vary. When an OPG fails on an 8k mile engine, while cruising at 30MPH, and its never seen the strip, or WOT, with the exception of data logging.... I feel I have the right to do what I have to do when the heart of my engine ( thats is made from compressed powder...

The warranty coverage of a modded or tuned car has many facets. Is it a mod friendly dealer? Were you able to return it back to stock, including the stock tune ( I KNOW THEY CAN TELL IF ITS BEEN TUNED OR NOT ), And finally, did Ford send someone to check the car out? I've had TWO catastrophic...

Look up the service engine. Its the reman longblock they use for warranty replacements. Actually really good prices and warranties. I THINK your part number would be FR3Z-6006-C

Well, to no surprise, spoke to MBRP today and they will be sending me another set! THis time, they want the old ones back.

Maybe go back to the Ford dealer you bought the car from? Surely they would take full responsibility.... Go back with the service manager and tech, all of you agree your wheels are in perfect shape before beginning the process.

Its the perforated baffle inside the can thats come loose. Rattle like crazy at certain RPMs No complaints on their finish. We're in south Florida, where nothing lasts forever. SO far the black powder coat is holding up fine.

It had a 10 rib ATI on it that was in the upgraded Whipple kit.
