Yes. I've had the AFR go wacky and eventually it died giving me heater circuit code. I would replace both. They are cheap. $80 shipped for both. Long tubes?

tire/wheel combo yes at the moment. I haven't gotten to the point where I'd want to dismount the tires and sell separately. Unless I get offers and paid on the rear wheels without tires etc

I'll let you know but I can't imagine it would be cheap to ship these things. Gotta be 40-50lbs a piece w/ tire. No real imperfections from looking around the wheel maybe a nick or two each wheel wear and tear like a minor chip but in all honesty could be stuck on dust. Gotta clean them. They...
