For the backup camera check the wiring harness in the trunk and see if its damaged.

My biggest gripe is the inability to turn off the interior lights.

I was a camaro fan, until the 6th gen, I never cared for mustangs or thought I would own one. That changed with the S550, I bought a mustang solely on looks and I would gladly pay the extra $1500 for the mustang.

If Ford had offered a premium packaged v6 I would have gone that route over my GT. I didn't care for Mustangs before the S550, the looks alone sold me on the car.

Ya Roush has a kit but it's $500.

Took mine in and had them perform the SSM 47429 and after a week of daily driving the taillight has been working as intended.

Little over 32k only issues is first year problems, backup cam and the taillight on startup. Yes it squeaks and rattles more than I would like but it's a trade off for what you get and the price you pay.

Nope, it's the only thing I don't like about my car. It had the options I wanted and a fantastic price so I jumped on it. Next Mustang I get will probably be silver.

You couldn't get an automatic with brembos and recaros 2015-2017. That was only for manual cars with the performance pack. Now you can get a 2018+ with everything you want orange + those options.

Mine only happens in cold weather and buying a different taillight didn't do anything. Thanks for the new info, hopefully I can take it in and maybe just maybe get this annoying issue fixed.

Why only have fun on the weekends? I have fun everyday driving mine.
