Happened to me once. Just turn off the car, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Worked for me.

Good to know this, I was going crazy trying to make it work. Yeah, line level sounds pretty bad, I mean it adds some bass but it doesn't sound any good. (If possible) I would completely recommend going the OEM way.

Tried again, I was able to downgrade to 2.2. Then, update to 3.0 and it went fine. Though, when checking for updates, It tried to download something, do you know something about it?

I tried to update 3.0 17xxx with this and no luck, it says I'm up to date. Looking to downgrade to 2.2 and then back again to 3.0, anyone willing to share a 2.2 link to me, I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks!

How did you download 2.2?

Just because it fits, it doesn't mean it works. USB and audio are different protocols, just plugging it in does not enable it as an AUX port because it is expecting data, not audio. It is like thinking that plugging a 4G modem into the USB port could enable tethering.

Not possible. You’ll have to get the hub with the AUX port or add one for yourself and wire it up to the APIM connector behind your screen. You could also try those Autozone AUX to Bluetooth adapters, that should do the trick.

Whats is the difference between the first 3.0 and the second 3.0? I got the 17194, do I have to reapply? Thanks

I suppose that you have Shaker audio, and the donor car doesn't. Could you verify, If this is correct, it can be solved with some programming.
