Found this part laying on the floor by where the seat belt attaches to the floor between the passenger seat and the door, the small gear end turns. Any one have any idea what the heck this is? Thanks

Parts of the led side marker lights are burnt out, anyone else have this issue? Not only that I can't seam to find them on there site !! Not a happy camper:frusty:

Just wondering how hard of a job is it and what all is involved

So called my dealer and set up an appointment to have my basic SYNC updated and they told me it would take up to 4 hr. I find this hard to believe as I have the SYNC with the 4 inch screen not the My Touch. Anyone have there dealer do the update and how long did it take?
