I run 20x10 +35 offset up front with 20x11 +50 offset rear. Front tires are 285/35/20, rears are 305/35/20 just switched to eibach sportlines but I did have the Steeda progressive springs no rubbing with either spring.
LOL pmas releaseed these images months after I go public with my design. I find that their scumbag approach to try to act like they came up with the idea all by themselves. I mean the S550 platform has been out for 6 years and only when I deviate from the traditional hot box intake design an...
Welcome aboard. That was a sweet looking 1LE. I am sure that you are noticing that the view is better from the cockpit in your new ride. Even though the two platforms make similar power, at the end of the day it's how the power is made and the high revving coyote just carries the momentum of...
That may lead to more air getting under the hood putting more lifting force on the hood at higher speeds, and can possibly dilute the airflow intended to push through the radiator section to cool more efficiently.
If it helps you feel any better I am in 3 years of owning my 18 and it has had the tick since day one, and I run it hard. the last year has been tuned on E85 and the car idles smoothly and runs like a champ. In 3000 miles my car only consumes approximately a quarter quart of oil at the most.
I have 285/35/20x10 up front no issues on 6gr ten spokes,. 305/35/20x11 out back perfect tuck on eibach sportlines. All tires are Firehawk indy 500 tires and they hook and book. Proper alignment and tire pressures can be the difference.
We have seen proven results with our cold air setup. I will be posting video tomorrow on the main thread I created regarding our P51 intake system. The results are clear as day and quite evident not only on the dyno but on the pavement as well. Stay tuned.
