At this point, it will be the dealer that has to pay since they installed it improperly. The dealer is fighting with Ford at this point saying they installed it correctly. It's been over three weeks now and I can't even drive my car. Somehow this is worse than when I was waiting for the car!

I talked to the dealer that installed it. According to them, they followed the installation instructions to the tee. I'm pretty sure that the splitter isn't supposed to come unhinged like it did.
I picked up my car a week ago after the dealership installed my splitter. Today I took the car out for a drive, one of the first nice days to do so. At 283 miles the leading edge of the splitter "came unhinged" so to speak and made an ungodly noise that scared the sh.. out of me. It didn't come...

I went to the Portland Auto Show yesterday and they didn't have a GT350. I was disappointed! I guess I'll have to wait till later this week to get my own!
Mine was built on Shelby's birthday and shipped the 21st. It currently is still in MI but it's on its way. It is being shipped on Canadian National Railroad and has an ETA to the west coast on 2/2-2/8.
