Is your Ecoboost an Auto transmission ? Mine is an Ecoboost Auto PP and it is making the same noise. Dealer says it's a common noise during the mornings :thumbsdown: so I'm planning to take this up to myself and change the gear lube and add fiction modifier.

Sure...The stang starts shaking at the steering and the drivers seat starting at 25 mph. It seems to be like a wobble or a hop coming from the rear side of the car and it is really weird. I was told it was my original Summer perf Pirelli that went bad and it was causing this at the Ford dealer...
