  1. Trusted Dealership in the Dallas Fort Worth area

I got my '15 from them as well. My sales guy (Diron) was really easy to work with - pretty laid back and a "here's what we can do, if you want the deal, great, if not, that's cool too" type attitude. I've not had to return for any maintenance/warranty work so I can't comment on that either.
  2. Anyone on the Dallas/Ft. Worth area who can recommend a good dealer?

This is where I got my '15 GT as well. Diron took good care of me and made it a painless process - laid back dude, no pressure deal.
  3. Reckless Aggressive driver hit The Beast

Hope it works out for you. My wife got clipped in Plano on surface streets and got the plates of the car. The drive ducked the police for several weeks of attempts to contact and finally (presumably after a repair) answered the door and said "my car has no damage....", and we ended up being...
  4. Insurance claaim

I've had some extensive injuries and repairs to my back and pelvis, and this scenario is one of my worst fears. It's bad enough dealing with the DFW "winter/rainy season", I can't imagine what another impact would do to me. How is your back doing after all this? Oh and best of luck with the...
  5. Does the EB PP comes pre-wired for a bumper with reverse sensors?

Interesting, since my F150 never did that from the same spot, but both the Mustang and SHO do. Either way, the sensors are, for me, an annoyance and at this point, completely ignored. The camera field-of-view does the job I need and the sensors have never warned me of something I didn't...
  6. Does the EB PP comes pre-wired for a bumper with reverse sensors?

I'm the opposite - the reverse sensors in both our Fords beep every-single-time we leave our garage, making them something I pretty much ignore. I think there have been 2 instances where it beeped and it meant something was actually heading toward me, but I was already looking at the backup...
  7. Final 3 Exhaust Options

Nothing wrong with the Solo stuff, I really like mine. I get compliments fairly regularly on my Mach Thunder setup. It seemed a bit obnoxious initially, but I'm either used to it now, or it has mellowed out since the install, as Solo said it would. Cold starts are still pretty noisy, but once...
  8. Mod Regret??

Interesting to see so many spring install regrets here. I'm actually about to undo the springs on my SHO. I love the stance, but the ride quality is hooptee crap, so they're coming off. Waste of time and money on that experiment, and one I won't repeat on my Mustang.
  9. anyone selling wheels? 19,20in?

Grandmarshal has a thread a few down from yours for his 20" Foundry wheel/tire setup.
  10. Solo Performance GT exhaust systems review - updated with photos/videos

That's exactly what I thought when I fired my car up the first time after the install - the videos do not do the system justice and you have to hear it in person to get a proper feel for it. Congrats on getting your install done yesterday - sounds like you had quite a day but things worked...
  11. Solo Performance GT exhaust systems review - updated with photos/videos

No, I meant there were 4 total clamps in the box, and I reused the 2 from the resonator, so you'd have 6 total clamps, including the 2 reused ones. The box from Solo had a couple of 3" wide clamps, and 2 that were like 1" (used for the tips).
  12. Solo Performance GT exhaust systems review - updated with photos/videos

Yep - mine can with 2 boxed clamps for the pipes, and 2 bagged clamps for the tips, so 4 total.
  13. Solo Performance GT exhaust systems review - updated with photos/videos

(non-convertible guy here) Second pair of hands is really helpful on the removal step, but I did the install stuff mostly myself. I did my removal from front-to-back, and I ended up dropping the 2 rear hangars after watching a few YouTube videos - started with the CJ Pony stuff, then watched...
  14. Body Shop put 200+ Miles on my GT

Not excusing the 200 miles added to your car, which definitely needs some sorting out. However, going from 22mpg down to 17mpg on the same tank happens to me all the time. I tend to fill up before I get on the highway for a short run, do about 40 miles there, then the rest of my tank will be...
  15. Solo Performance GT exhaust systems review - updated with photos/videos

Just got my Mach Thunders installed this morning and it was definitely more sound than I was expecting when I fired it up the first time, but when it warned up and we went for a short drive, I was pretty happy with things. I'll have to put it through the paces a bit to see if I need to do any...
  16. Solo Performance GT exhaust systems review - updated with photos/videos

My Mach Thunder boxes are sitting in my front hall, waiting for this rain to stop and the temps to come up a bit. I can't wait to hear this new setup.
  17. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've got 20s/A6 setup as well, and found it pretty bouncy a lot of the time. I've added a pile of Steeda gear to the car (G-Trac, Strut Tower Brace, Street IRS Bushings, IRS Braces, Subframe Alignment Kit, IRS Subframe Bushings), and feel like a good bit of the bouncy feel is gone, but I...

  19. Frustrating Repair Experience

I had a pretty consistent experience with them in TX. The repaired panels on my truck looked decent enough, but they'd buffed completely through the clear and into the paint on my hood (which was not repaired), and that area turned to crap within a year. Never again.
