With a square setup, you have plenty of options. The most popular would probably be (if you wanted to stick with the 19" wheels) 19x10 or 19x9.5 with a 275/40/19. I have a perfect example of this setup with Eibach Springs 1.3 inch Front & 1.5 inch rear, so you can visualize it. Let me know...

The biggest thing you would have to decide on would be a cast wheel, or a forged design. Depending on what you are doing with the car, and what matters to you as far as weight and strength, are the questions you need to figure out. The Bathurst, as you mentioned, is a rotary forged wheel that's...

Both choices will work just fine, as it comes down mostly on what look you like, but we run 275/40 on most of our setups. Heres a picture on one thats Lowered on Eibach Springs 1.3 inch Front & 1.5 inch rear.. Just in case you were thinking about lowering in the future.
