For $180, couldn't I just get my actual heat extractor hydro dipped instead of tape on overlays?

There's nothing wrong and it can probably be cleaned off with compressed air, just dusty cause it's a white one from JLT. I like the red and blue JLT power stack filters so I knocked $100 off
